Zamora to LEON and Madrid journey.
Bus from Zamora to Leon, 10:15-12:10, 10.60€.
Train from Leon to Madrid, 17:25-19:39, 52.45€/1st class.
Entering Leon (halfway between train station and the historical center).
Leon is located on the most famous Santiago pilgrimage path (the Camino Frances).
Here, there are many more pilgrims than on the Camino de la Plata.
The atmosphere here seems to be less spiritual.

Construction took only 50 years,
while the town had only 5000 inhabitants at that time !
